Trigger for Re-evaluation:
Quotes assume accessible water & waste disposal. If concierge restricts crew access or parking, the fixed quote converts to hourly billing (€95/hr/crew).

- "Site Assessment"
- Non-negotiable for first-time clients. We don't quote blind; visual confirmation prevents surcharges.
- "Fixed Quote"
- Price is locked *only* if scope matches the assessment. Hoarding, construction debris, or undisclosed pets void the fixed rate.
- "Eco-Certified"
- We use EU Ecolabel or Ecocert products exclusively. No synthetic fragrances or harsh solvents.
